this is the FAQ information page where answers can be found to frequently asked questions if you do not see an answer to your question please click the button below to send an email and I will respond promptly. 

  • Image Ownership & Permissions
    unless otherwise specified in the contract the images are the sole intellectual property of the photographer (little bits and pieces photography) and any editing done on them by third parties or outside editors breaks the contract and copyright laws and will be enforced. the photographer can sign over the rights to the images but once they are signed over any and all new edits or updates will not be associated with Little bits & pieces photography or be a reflection of our work.
  • Do you have contracts?
    YES! Contracts are mandatory if you want to work with us it outlines what both parties need to do and secures a timeline in place for planning to move forward. we keep the contracts in our files for 1 year after the year they are shredded for everyone's privacy.
  • What planning help do you provide?
    when planing a photo shoot the photographer calls the client via phone, or zoom. or meets in a public place if they are local to discuss in length what they are looking for and during that meeting we go over everything we can provide for that type of photo shoot and what we cannot provide if necessary.
  • What types of photography do you primarily focus on
    Here at Little bits & pieces photography we focus on portrait, wedding & event photography though we do also provide others like boudoir shoots, product photography and landscapes.
  • do you back up your images?
    YES! our images are backed up on our editing software as well as an external hard drive to make sure that your images are safe and sound!
  • What’s the pricing structure?
    pricing Varies depending on the type of photography needed, location, specific needs (e.g. props, backgrounds, renting a space etc.), and time needed for the photo shoot. that is why we sit down with the client and get as many details as possible so that we can do our best to give a fair price quote.
  • do you help with posing?
    YES! we do help with posing but we also love to see any inspiration you may have or that you are looking for so that we can create a shot list and make sure the poses you want are also in the mix.
  • Do you have backups?
    YES! we have back up cameras, batteries, lighting, and hard drives to store your images safely in more than one drive so that you are less likely to lose your images in the event of a malfunction.
  • What’s the image ordering process?
    we use a third party online gallery where you will be able to view your images as well as purchase them online from the same place.
  • How long are images available for purchase?
    images are available for up to 60 days after the photos have been received by the client. after that 60 days they will not be stored with the photographer. but we do offer EVERYONE the option to have all images placed on a USB drive at no extra cost to them so that they have their images after that 60 days.
  • What’s the image editing process?
    the image editing process depends on what the client does or does not want for editing. this can range from things being taken out of the background or just touching up a dress. if no editing requests are specified than they are color corrected, and edited to make sure that they are clear as well as having a set of black and white images as well.
  • Can I Print the Images on My Own?
    Yes however if you do not print with us keep in mind it will not be professional printing and may change the quality of the images when not being printed through us.
  • What’s the image turnaround time?
    image turn around time for weddings and events is 1-2 weeks due to the amount of images that are taken. portraits, product photography and food take about 4-6 days.
  • What’s the payment structure?
    the payment structure currently is Cash app, pay pal, and apple pay are accepted. we are working on other payment methods and even a POS system for our in person events.
  • Will The Images Be Watermarked?
    yes all images are watermarked when used for any and all LB&P marketing. the client will receive images without watermark.
  • Can I Post the Images on My Social Media?
    yes! we love to see our clients post the images on social media all we ask is that you leave a review and tag us when you make an initial post introducing the images.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
